This two-story design was styled after the traditional red brick school buildings from the turn of the last century. Different architectural features have been employed to give modern convenience while preserving the old-fashioned charm of a heritage school. This model has been designed for 675 students and, although it is moderately more expensive to construct, the design is efficient and, again, flows around a center gymnasium/cafetorium with two-story wings on the perimeter. In addition, the design fully maximizes usage of land and is a good choice for areas where land is at a premium. Constructed of structural masonry and steel, the roof detail has been uniquely designed to shield the upper-story mechanical units in a well behind the roof facade, giving a very clean and attractive look to the facility.
