American Charter Development (ACD) is not tied in with one financing option locking schools into a “one size fits all” financing structure. We use multiple sources of capital that include in-house funds, banks and other lending institutions to tailor-make a financial solution that is very competitive and meets the goals of the school.

As always, there is no upfront charge for any of these or other ACD services until a project has come to a successful completion.

Contractors and design professionals work side-by-side (with your budget in mind) to implement the most cost-effective and expedited approach. We are experts at controlling costs and timeline, and we rely on local experts to navigate local jurisdictional issues.
